One of the most important times in the grapevines' annual lifecycle is the onset of ripening, also known as veraison. Workshop includes wine tasting and lunch. $50 per person. RSVP required.

About the event
The stage of true ripening, it's when the skins of the fruit begin to soften and take on color. This is also when sugars start to increase and acid starts to significantly decrease. We will discuss flavor potential and changes during this stage of the season.
