About the event
Dormancy in the vines to some might not seem interesting, but as an estate this is the foundation of everything we do. In this class you will learn the various strategies our team uses to set a solid foundation for the growing season. We will touch on types of canopy management, discuss the variabilities of past vintages, and we will be making cuts to the vines for the 2023 season.
